I interviewed for an AE role through a long, highly structured virtual process where I met many departments and leaders, and the biggest challenge was the breadth of evaluation over weeks.

Recruiter start — I began with a recruiter conversation and then moved into leadership scheduling.
Hiring manager — I discussed role expectations and my approach.
Large virtual onsite (multiple interviews across levels) — I went through several interviews with different people in the organization.
