I interviewed for an AE role in a process that felt extremely engaging and culture-forward, even when I didn’t make it far.

Recruiter / early coordination — I interacted with the recruiting team as the process kicked off.
Team- and culture-focused meetings — I met a wide range of BetterUp employees to learn how the company runs, what it values, and how strategy connects to the role.
Onsite-style conversations — I spent time with multiple interviewers across teams, with candid feedback. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the people experience and responsiveness stood out as unusually positive.
