San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role and had a smooth, efficient progression from recruiter screen through hiring manager, then into onsite executive conversations.

Recruiter phone screen — A brief call to review the role and my preferences.
Hiring manager call — A 30-minute call that then led to an additional longer discussion.
Video chat + on-the-job perspective — After the longer conversation, the hiring manager connected me with someone currently doing the role.
Onsite with key executives — Conversational meetings covering multiple aspects of the org and my goals. Outcome: No offer mentioned; the process felt efficient and engaging end to end.
