Negative

New York, NYPosted Sep 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role and the process moved quickly, but I ultimately had a very negative first impression that made me question the company.

Internal recruiter screen — My first call with the recruiter went well, and I was moved to a next-day executive conversation.
Executive call (virtual, improvised) — The executive meeting felt unprofessional and insincere, including a relaxed setup during the video call. Outcome: I didn’t recommend moving forward from that point; the experience felt too misaligned with the kind of culture I expected.
