I went through an assessment-heavy start for the Software Engineer role, where the coding test was straightforward and mainly aligned with common LeetCode/HackerRank practice.

Online coding assessment (Codility/HackerRank-style) — I was asked to grind typical algorithm practice problems; the questions were described as manageable and leaned on coding basics. The review emphasized correctness and increasing string-manipulation difficulty. Outcome: I didn’t advance; I passed the assessment in one case but still wasn’t selected, suggesting the bar may include factors beyond the test results.
