Philadelphia, PAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role on an easier track focused on background, basic OOP, and starter-level coding/knowledge checks within about an hour.

Intro/HR-style screen — a short company intro and my personal intro and experience.
Basic OOP + resume/project questions — I was asked about OOP concepts and discussed my projects and the coding languages involved.
Low-stress technical check — in another case, the discussion centered on how my program was oriented, the languages/tech used, and simple whiteboard programming. Outcome: I didn’t end up with an offer; the early questions felt manageable but I didn’t clear later stages.
