PunePosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an overall average difficulty, and the sessions felt less rigid than a textbook format—more centered on my projects and then my problem-solving approach.

Technical interview — the interviewer started from my projects and led into how I approached the test question.
DSA-focused discussion — I was asked to explain my approach, along with basic DSA questions.
Team-focused conversation (non-structured feel) — in another instance, I had a later interview where there were no “tell me about yourself” openers; the interviewer shared team work first, then asked questions tied closely to my CV. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; despite the good interaction, I wasn’t selected after the technical stages.
