I had the highest-intensity experience with a long, test-heavy group format; it stretched across multiple sections and required sustained problem-solving.

Phone technical interview — a technical-only screen covering data structures, technology-specific material, and project-specific questions.
Onsite technical test (multi-section) — I took a test spanning database and language-specific sections, plus skills aligned to my resume; some of the process also involved reviewing code.
Extended group duration — the full group interview completed over about 5–6 hours. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the evaluation was exhaustive and measured endurance as much as knowledge.
