I had a lighter, more conversation-heavy Bentley interview path for the Software Engineer role, with a quick timeline spanning recruiter outreach through a small number of informal rounds.

Recruiter / intro — Resume-and-background chat, sometimes with friendly introductions to engineers and a chance to discuss what I worked on.
Online video / HireVue — Pre-recorded web interview focused mostly on fit and communication, with only a trivial programming check in some cases.
Phone screen — Short technical/logic questions alongside background discussion; I was mainly evaluated on how quickly I learn and adapt.
Onsite / team conversation — A mostly non-technical session (in one case presenting as if teaching a concept), plus discussion of a project.
