Peoria, ILPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more traditional recruiter-led flow for a Software Engineer role, with a moderate pace and some uncertainty until the final steps.

Recruiter screen (phone) — I was asked background and past experience questions, then the recruiter scheduled the next stage.
In-person interview (face to face) — I met for a separate interview focused on my experience and fit.
Manager interview (onsite) — I completed an onsite manager interview as the last step. Outcome: No offer, but it felt like a standard multi-step process that advanced beyond just one conversation.
