I experienced a fast, low-friction hiring flow where interviews stayed simple—lots of resume discussion and basic fit—with quick decisions.

Entry-level phone interview — typical questions about experience, college coursework, and grades; they responded quickly with offer terms.
Short phone screenings — they focused on describing what I’d done and why it stood out, with minimal technical depth.
Embedded/availability checks — questions about embedded systems experience plus a senior design project; I also answered about overtime availability and tools like MATLAB and DOORS.
Single interview on projects — a ~30-minute conversation about past projects/coursework with multiple participants.
