For me, the easier path was a straightforward sequence: a quick recruiter/manager chat followed by a short, conversation-like technical panel.

Manager sit-down (informal) — I met with a manager and another team member in a relaxed, informal discussion about my background and fit.
In-person conversation — I talked through my experience and role interest; the interviewer kept it kind and easy to follow.
Basic engineering fit check — I discussed what I’d actually work on and answered basic engineering questions, with a smooth process and clear objectives.
Role-focused personality screen — I spent ~30 minutes on interest in engineering and personal motivation more than heavy technical questioning.
