I interviewed for a Software Engineer role but felt the process was disorganized and the interviewers didn’t present themselves professionally.

Two-interviewer discipline mismatch (panel-style) — HR contacted me without a job description, and I met two people from very different disciplines—one very senior and disengaged, the other very junior and treating it like a learning opportunity; they identified my likely capability but the vacancy-fill approach felt unprofessional. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was that unclear role framing and mismatched interviewers can signal trouble early.
