Philadelphia, PAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an interview loop that felt friendly and grounded in my prior work, with a small amount of technical questioning layered onto behavioral topics.

Behavioral screen — I talked through my background and how I approach situations, plus “fit” style questions.
Technical/manager round — I answered a handful of technical questions connected to my projects and skills, often tied to what I listed on my resume.
Role/project walkthrough + Q&A — Interviewers explained responsibilities and I had time to ask questions. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in my case, but the takeaway was that clear alignment between your resume and the role’s responsibilities made the process feel easier.
