New DelhiPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly structured, multi-step process that combined a written test and a discipline-heavy technical interview before HR.

CV shortlisting + pre-placement talks — after screening for academic credentials, I heard the job description and compensation breakdown.
Offline written test — a formal test before moving on.
Technical interview (discipline-focused) — I was questioned deeply on piping stress concepts and related project knowledge.
HR interview — basic behavioral questions and a short check on fit. Outcome: I didn’t progress to an offer; the technical round was the key challenge and required confident, detailed domain knowledge.
