MumbaiPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a fairly technical, experience-driven interview journey for a Software Engineer role, with an average difficulty feel and a focus on my prior projects.

Telecon / phone interview — A technical call that required solid relevant experience to answer thoroughly; my practical experience was treated as especially important.
In-person or deeper follow-up — The conversation dug into my history by starting with early experience, then walking through what projects I’d done, the roles I took on, and what I planned for my professional growth. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, but it felt like they were actively trying to map my background to what they needed.
