I went through a classic campus recruiting arc with multiple interviewers, plus a lunch, and I ended with an offer quickly after the final round.

On-campus interview (behavioral, no technical) — The first interview used behavioral questions with a relaxed interviewer.
Second on-site round (4–5 people + lunch) — Several people reviewed my resume and asked their own questions, and I also had lunch with recent hires.
HR interview (final details) — HR wrapped up other logistics and terms. Outcome: I received an offer and accepted quickly; the takeaway is that once I got to the later rounds, responsiveness was high.
