Las Vegas, NVPosted Aug 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a multi-round, manager-heavy interview sequence for the Software Engineer role, generally feeling average-to-difficult, with an HR follow-up and decisive timing.

Engineer phone screen — I started with a call with an engineer.
Project field engineer interview — I followed with another interview focused on fit for the project environment.
Head of department interview — I then met with the department head.
HR follow-up — HR came last to close out the process. Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the key takeaway was how strongly the process emphasized multiple layers of management alignment.
