I applied online and about ten days later I was called by HR to join a longer afternoon session.

The structure was very clear: a first conversation focused on fit, a case exercise where I was put into a realistic situation (they described click-and-collect and how a system would be set up), and then a final discussion with an associate/partner.

That day felt intentionally paced. Each block had a different purpose, so I didn’t feel like I was repeating the same answers over and over. The fit part helped anchor my motivations and background, and then the case part shifted gears into execution and thinking through a practical scenario. After that, the partner conversation wrapped things up
