I saw an incomplete or stalled interview process with an early recruiter step, and in one case I never received closure after the initial rounds.

HR/recruiter contact — an appointment/phone call stage that was described as the first step.
Coding/technical interview (planned but not fully experienced) — for similar flows, this would typically involve a coding task and a technical conversation.
No clear follow-up — one account emphasized ghosting after two rounds and lack of a rejection/update email. Outcome: I didn’t progress (or didn’t hear back), and the takeaway was to expect potential scheduling friction and limited transparency.
