I experienced an intermediate-to-harder technical filter focused on Java depth (OOP, concurrency) plus some system-adjacent topics like SQL/Spring, delivered across phone, OA, and tech rounds.

Recruiter screen — Background discussion paired with Java/OOP basics.
Online assessment (OA) — Two coding problems or one coding task; one example mentioned combining typical coding with Java basic questions.
Technical interview — Deep dives into OOP fundamentals, plus topics like multithreading/advanced Java and framework concepts (Spring/Spring Boot when applicable), along with a coding question.
Additional content — Some interviews also included SQL practice (e.g., specific SQL tasks) and sometimes resume/review-style discussion. Outcome: No offer was reported
