I went through a relatively easy, compact set of stages that mixed Java fundamentals, a short OA, and a brief behavioral check.

Recruiter/HR screen — A quick call to cover my background and introduce the process.
Online assessment / coding — A small coding portion with easy OOP-focused technical checks.
Technical + behavior — Basic Java/OOP questions for the technical part, plus short behavior questions.
Role expectations discussion — I discussed what I expected from the role. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the interviews felt light compared to many Java-focused loops, but still assessed core fundamentals.
