I got in through an outreach after my application, but the process stretched out more than I expected.

I remember feeling disappointed mainly because they took a long time to reply and the whole timeline kept slipping.

Once it started, I ended up in a sequence that included multiple interviews and an assessment, all grouped as part of the evaluation process. The interviews themselves felt fair enough while they were happening, but the communication around next steps was where it fell apart for me. I didn’t get the job, and I was still waiting for feedback a year later.

Overall, it wasn’t that the technical work was unbearable—it was that the process dragged and never gave me a clear closure.
