My process started with a recruiter/TA call that felt informal, then quickly escalated into more senior conversations.

I had an additional discussion with an exec-level leader and then met managers face-to-face, where the questions became more scenario- and execution-focused. I also went through a work assessment with other applicants, which was the first time I felt the process turn genuinely competitive.

The assessment focused on practical recruitment thinking: I was asked to work through recruitment-related scenarios and do a few situational cases. After that, there was a debrief with TA, which made it feel like they were actively calibrating whether I could handle the job in real conditions.
