After an interview loop that felt smooth and quick, I reached a point where an offer was made verbally and I was sent the offer letter the same evening.

The internal recruiter and senior leadership were clear and responsive, and the timeline moved fast enough that it barely felt like “waiting around.”

The process didn’t drag out—once I got the face-to-face meeting, the decision seemed immediate, and I started shortly after. What stood out most was how clean the communication was compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere. I ended up accepting the role, and the experience left me feeling like the company could be decisive and organized when it wanted to move.
