My process started with a recruiter conversation where I got a clear walkthrough of how the hiring steps would work.

After that, I had to complete a Codility test in the browser. The test had multiple sections, with practice questions included alongside the scored items.

A bit later I met with a senior/master-level developer to go through the test. The discussion stayed focused on what the role required and what they expected from my background and approach—there wasn’t much room for wandering into unrelated topics. After each stage, feedback came back quickly, typically within a few days, and the overall tone felt organized and accommodating.

The final step was an interview with an engineering manager.
