My first step was an online assessment through Codility, and it was followed by live coding plus problem-solving with unit tests.

That round also went into Spring Security and Spring configuration, then touched on database concepts. By the end of that technical flow, I moved into an HR conversation as the final stage.

The process was three steps end to end, and the technical bar felt steady rather than tricksy—more about whether I understood how the pieces fit together. I left each round feeling like they were looking for practical competence across the stack they expected for the role. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure made sense, and the interviews felt grounded in real development topics.
