Avanade Business Intelligence Analyst interview experience

Everything happened over Teams, and the recruiter was friendly and responsive. I did a second conversation with the hiring manager after that, with expectations explained clearly.

The whole process moved fast and stayed pretty low-friction—everything was handled digitally, including the contract, which I received and signed online. I ended up not completing the final step due to personal circumstances rather than interview performance. Looking back, I was impressed by how smoothly and professionally the process ran, even though it didn’t end with an offer for me.
