I started with an intro-style session, and then moved into two main parts: a technical interview and an HR interview, both handled online.

The technical discussion centered on how I had led teams, what projects I had delivered, and the work I’d done at past companies.

After that, I was given an assignment to complete within 48 hours. Submitting it led to a quick follow-up call with the hiring manager, where I walked through my solution and we discussed what I chose and why.

I ended up getting an offer. What stood out to me was how the process connected the dots—from my background to a practical deliverable—so the final conversation felt like a real review of my thinking rather than just a yes/no decision.
