My path was described to me as fairly quick and smooth overall, lasting up to about three or four months at most.

The process had four interviews total: an HR conversation, a technical interview with a manager, then a managerial discussion with the head of the practice, and finally a conversation with a colleague from the team.

I experienced the flow as organized, without huge friction between steps. Even though it was still multiple conversations, it felt like each stage moved me along the pipeline.

I received an offer at the end. Looking back, what stayed with me was how the structure felt coherent across HR, technical depth, and leadership perspectives.
