My first step was HR screening, and it actually involved two different HR conversations that didn’t seem tightly coordinated.

They asked background questions through the phone and then moved me into a separate technical-role fit conversation.

That part ended up being mostly behavioral and motivation-focused. I talked about why I wanted to work there and discussed my background in a more culture-fit way, and I was surprised because there wasn’t a technical interview at all.

It was an overall easy experience, and I ended up getting an offer. What stayed with me was how much of the process depended on fit and motivation rather than demonstrating technical depth directly.
