I went through a three-part process that started with an initial recruiter chat.

Then I had a technical discussion with the hiring manager. The final step was a long 90-minute presentation to a small audience of two people.

That presentation was WAF-based, and it was the part that required me to hold the floor and stay organized for a full stretch. Afterward, I got a rejection email, and the company said feedback was available.

I tried to get that feedback after the decision, but I ended up being ignored despite asking a few times. Even though the process itself had clear stages, the lack of closure in communication left a sour taste at the end.
