My early steps started normally: I had an HR conversation and then completed an online psychometric test.

After that, I got to a call with the hiring manager, and I reached pretty far into the process. Then the communication fully stopped—I never heard anything back.

When I reached out for an update, HR only responded after I chased them multiple times. Even weeks after the hiring manager stage, I was told there wasn’t an update from the hiring side, and then I basically got ghosted. What made it especially hard was that I had invested time all the way to a late-stage conversation, only to feel like the process ended without any clear outcome.
