My recruiter step was short and practical—about a half hour—then I had a sales director call that was also thirty minutes.

From there, I moved into two separate calls with sales managers, both around thirty-nine minutes.

Those later manager conversations felt more repetitive and slightly rigid. One of the calls came off very scripted, like I was being asked required questions rather than having a natural dialogue. Even so, the overall process moved quickly between steps, and it didn’t feel hostile—just oddly structured at times.
