Bainbridge Island, WAPosted Sep 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My journey started with a recruiter call, just a phone screen to talk through my background.

After that, I interviewed with the front-line manager, and it followed a pretty sales-focused flow—if that went well, I moved on to speaking with team members. The final step was with the VP of Sales, which made the last round feel like formal sign-off on my fit.

Along the way, I had the “meet the team” experience that was less about a typical Q&A and more about sitting down with sales leadership and having back-and-forth conversations. Multiple sales managers took turns talking with me one at a time, and I was encouraged to ask about what motivated them and what it was like working there.
