The process started with a strong recruiter conversation, and then I came in for an in-person interview with current sales reps, two managers, and the Sales Director.

What stood out was how professional everyone was, but also how much they were willing to engage me as a real conversation partner. They weren’t just going through the motions of interviewing me—they let me ask questions and learn about the company.

In addition to the main interviews, I requested informational conversations with team members, and I ended up speaking with two people. Those chats were welcoming and genuinely informative, which made the environment feel less like a black box and more like a place where people cared about what you’d ask. I didn’t end up getting the offer, though
