My process felt pretty straightforward and standard.

I interviewed with HR first, then moved on to the hiring manager. The questions were directed and seemed well prepared, and both conversations felt professional.

Overall, it didn’t feel overly challenging—more like a clear evaluation of fit than a test designed to trip me up. I actually enjoyed the interview and left feeling like I understood what they were looking for.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process itself was smooth and respectful enough that I’d consider interviewing again if the timing worked out.
