Denver, COPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter outreach, I ended up with just two interviews.

The first was virtual and fairly straightforward: I responded to questions that were provided in written form during the session. The second interview was a panel-style conversation with two people, and both interviewers came across as friendly enough.

By the end of the panel, though, I could tell the role wasn’t going to be the right fit for me. When the rejection came through, I honestly wasn’t surprised, and I was at peace with it. The experience felt low-pressure and polite overall, even if it didn’t turn into anything further for me.
