Denver, COPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a single interview with the hiring manager, and it focused heavily on customer-related behavioral and situational questions.

The questions got pretty tough around topics like satisfying customers and handling projects that actually added value. I used the STAR method to structure my answers, and it helped me stay organized while responding.

Overall, the difficulty felt average—not easy, but not overwhelming either. I left the conversation feeling like they were probing for how I’d think in real customer scenarios, not just whether I sounded confident. It didn’t lead to an offer, but the interview itself was clear about what it wanted to evaluate.
