My interview sequence was a five-step flow that moved in a clean order, which made the timeline easy to track.

It started with an online Python Coderpad homework assignment that lasted about 60–90 minutes. After that, I did a 30-minute hiring manager interview.

Next came a short prep call with the recruiter, and then a two-hour virtual interview. The final step was an offer decision, which at the end didn’t go my way.

What I remember most was the clarity of the stages and how the conversations were organized around each checkpoint. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the overall process felt coherent from start to finish, and the structure itself reduced a lot of uncertainty during the wait.
