A recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn and connected me with a lead recruiter.

The scheduling took about a month, and then the lead recruiter said an online test would be sent to me. It took another two months with repeated reminders, but I still never received the test.

By the end, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had—mostly because it dragged on without any actual next step, despite me trying to follow up. I never got beyond that point, and the lack of communication was what stayed with me the most.
