Aurora Energy Research Business Analyst interview experience

The process was quick and technically simple, but the experience itself wasn’t pleasant.

I only went through one interview, and it leaned heavily on a case study question that ended up being fairly easy.

What made it difficult to enjoy was the delivery. The interviewer seemed disengaged and not very organized, which made even the straightforward case feel awkward. I finished the conversation knowing I hadn’t been challenged much by the material, but I definitely didn’t feel supported by the way it was run. No offer came out of it, and honestly the tone of the interview left more of a mark on me than the question itself.
