Stockton, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a recruiter screening call.

The recruiter introduced the company, talked through what the process looked like, and then it was my turn to describe myself and my background. I had a few follow-up questions tied to my resume, especially around databases.

After the call, I was told I’d get an email about the second round, which they said would last about two hours. The whole interaction felt smooth and straightforward, and I walked away thinking it was a decent process. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the early experience itself felt positive and well-run.
