Attentive Software Engineer interview experience

I was given the job description, but the details about the structure and what they expected ended up being off. Even before the questions themselves, the interaction felt uncomfortable, like the tone wasn’t respectful.

The whole conversation came across skeptical and dismissive, and my answers were met as if they were being discounted from the start. It wasn’t just a mismatch on fit—it felt unprofessional in how I was treated. I left with a clear sense that the process wasn’t heading anywhere positive, and I didn’t receive an offer.
