After a brief recruiter interaction, I did a 30-minute phone screen.

They asked me to briefly describe a project I was proud of, then they moved right into a coding exercise.

The technical part was a coderpad-style question. The whole vibe felt pretty straightforward and process-driven—no dramatic twists, just a quick switch from my background to actually coding. I didn’t feel like there were any hidden gotchas; it was mostly about seeing how I handled a standard live coding prompt.
