Negative

United StatesPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I scheduled a call with the recruiter several weeks in advance and blocked out time for it.

When the time came, the call never happened, and she didn’t touch base afterward or reach back out.

The rest of the process never really got off the ground because the lack of follow-through made it clear they weren’t respecting my time. I didn’t move forward past that point, and I never reached an interview stage where I could evaluate the technical fit.

Overall it was a negative experience for me, and I was firm about not continuing with a company that felt indifferent to basic scheduling commitments.
