Attentive Software Engineer interview experience

At every stage, the interviewers came across as engaged and genuinely helpful, and they seemed excited to be there.

I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or set up for gotchas. Even though it was still clearly an evaluation process, the tone stayed constructive and communicative, which made the technical conversations feel calmer than I expected.

I ended up receiving an offer. Looking back, what mattered most wasn’t just the format—it was that the people running it were invested, and that made the whole thing feel respectful end to end.
