I went through several rounds and made it to the final interview, which lasted about three and a half hours.

Along the way there were both technical and behavioral components, and by the time I reached the end I felt like I’d earned a real decision.

Afterward, they said they’d talk with the team and get back to me in a day or two. Instead, I never heard back at all. I tried reaching out by email and phone calls, but they wouldn’t respond.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the lack of professional closure was the hardest part. I didn’t even mind losing, but going through hours of interviews and then getting no courtesy message felt like I dodged a bullet.
