San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The part that defined my experience wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was how the recruiting pipeline was managed.

Throughout the scheduling and processing, they repeatedly seemed to drop steps and then acted like I’d just be moved forward without clear communication.

I also had to reschedule interviews multiple times because they didn’t show up at the times they’d been slotted. That caused unnecessary delays and made the whole process feel unreliable.

I never felt fully in control of what was happening, and the lack of coordination overshadowed everything else. The end result was not an offer, and I walked away feeling disappointed that the process wasn’t handled with basic consistency.
