California City, CAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began in a fairly straightforward way: after applying, the team did a resume screening and then I got an initial contact phone call from a recruiter.

We talked through my background and qualifications, and the recruiter also walked me through what the interview process would look like and confirmed my availability.

The later stage I went through felt simple and conversational compared to most technical loops. The interviewer asked questions about software engineering process and also about coding, but it wasn’t framed as an intense grilling. I felt like the conversation was more about understanding how I worked and how I thought about the role, and the interviewer came across as down-to-earth and helpful.

I didn’t end up with an offer.
